NO PARTIES allowed.

Only guests registered at the time of booking can stay at the home, maximum 6 people. Additional $100 per night per guest fee will be applied for guests arriving and staying at the home after check in and after reservation acceptance.

Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. One vehicle may be parked in the garage. There is plenty of space for up to 3 vehicles on the large driveway. Overnight parking on the road is not permitted.

SPA & POOL HEATING: : Owner controls the heater from an app , send a message for turning the spa on and scheduling it for any later times. \

Pool/Spa heating fee: $60/night September 1-June 1, $30 in summer, paid for entire stay, for once a day, up to 2 hours/day. This can be extended for $10 for any additional hours and $30 for each 2 hour additional sessions
WEEKLY POOL SERVICE - Tuesdays between 7-9 am, it is advised to not swim til 1 pm that day to avoid possible skin irritation.

No Smoking inside the home
Any Rule violation will incur a $250 fee on top of additional charges for remedies

Fully refundable if canceled within 31 days of arrival. If canceled between 14 and 30 days before check in, the 50% refund will be issued. If canceled 13 or less days before check in, refund will only be given if Owner was able to re rent the home to others, and refund will be not more than the new rent collected/up to the amount paid

We do not issue refunds for any conditions beyond our control, such as power outages, water or plumbing system break downs, Cable TV blackouts, appliance malfunctions and the like. We will always do our best to resolve issues to the best of our abilities.
No refunds will be provided for equipment malfunction, or weather-related issues. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature.
